1. Identify the villages having most under-privileged children.
2. Form a group of their mothers
3. Train these mothers to form Mothers' Education Committee.
4. Develop Learning Centres in each such villages
5. Empower Mothers' Committees to own and manage the respective Learning Centres
6. Identify, select and train young Facilitators from the village
7. Run the Outside School Interventions in these Learning Centres for Daily 2 hours study before school and 2 hours study after school.
8. Besides realising Grade-specific Competencies, children will learn best practices for sound health, hygiene and lifeskills, besides respecting local culture and heritage.
9. Initially, children from Class 1-5 will be enrolled.
10. Trainings and coordination activities will be from the Matha.
